Temporary Format Issue with Johnson’s New Article

Some readers have experienced problems displaying e-book images in my new in-depth (100+ page) article, Option Income Strategy Trade Filters: An In-Depth Article Demonstrating the Use of Trade Filters to Enhance Returns and Reduce Risk. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

While Amazon is working to correct this problem, the Kindle ($9.99) version will be unavailable. However, the print ($14.99) version is still available via Amazon.

Image Display Problem

The image issue is very frustrating. Before publication, I uploaded the file and used Amazon's online previewer to test its functionality. I also downloaded the pre-publication .mobi file on my Kindle fire. The images worked perfectly on both. In addition, I verified the HTML image format in the file was identical to the format in my first two books.

The problem only surfaced after publication in Amazon’s look inside previewer and apparently in several other devices. Since I cannot replicate the problem with the original file, I need Amazon’s help to resolve the issue, which may have occurred during their conversion process.

I have sent Amazon many emails on this issue. They are still investigating and unfortunately do not anticipate responding to me until Friday November 18th.

I will post more information here on the status of the e-book as soon as it becomes available. Once the problem has been resolved, please contact Amazon for the latest version of the e-book if you downloaded the original version. I apologize again for the inconvenience.
